Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neuro floor specializing in Stroke, spinal, and head injuries. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice while working within organizational policies. Shifts run full time days from 7am to 7pm with a sign-on bonus available and specialty differential pay. The unit supports a comprehensive team including PT/OT, respiratory therapy, and physicians to ensure quality recovery for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
