RN - MedSurg, Neuro, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute Neuro floor specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice while working within organizational policies. Support the interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapy, and case management to ensure quality care across the recovery continuum. Full-time nights shift from 7pm to 7am with a comprehensive orientation pairing new staff with a preceptor. Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification required.
