RN - MedSurg, Neuro, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neuro floor specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Work nights from 7pm to 7am as part of a team supported by a Stroke Coordinator, PT/OT, respiratory therapy, and physicians. This full-time role includes a comprehensive orientation period pairing staff with a qualified preceptor for goal-setting and training. The unit serves patients along the continuum of recovery in a primary stroke center setting.
