Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity MedSurg units, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Work nights as a full-time, onsite role with a 72-hour pay period, earning a nightly incentive program bonus. Requires RN licensure, 6 months of nursing experience, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
