Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality care delivery. Functions within the framework of hospital policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
