Job Summary
Assess patients through the nursing process to deliver personalized, evidence-based care while building meaningful connections that honor patient values. Lead performance improvement projects, research initiatives, and shared governance efforts to drive top-notch clinical outcomes. Mentor interdisciplinary teammates, guide competency assessments, and contribute to decisions impacting patient care tools and systems. Plan proactively across the full patient care journey to help shape protocols that reduce readmissions and ensure efficient resource use. Maintain a safe, respectful environment through teamwork and collaboration. Requires BSN, RN license, ACLS, and 2+ years of Med Surg experience; based in Augusta and Columbia County.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BSN from an accredited school
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS
- National Certification in your specialty
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
- Experience with computer data entry
- A+ interpersonal and communication chops
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
- Calm under pressure
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited school
- National Certification in your specialty
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
