Job Summary
RN Med Surg on the W.E.S.T. Float Team (Grovetown, GA) during Night shift. Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. Build meaningful connections with patients and families, honoring values and care goals. Drive top-notch outcomes, participate in performance improvement, and engage in mentorship and education. Required: RN license, BLS, ACLS, 2+ years Med Surg, data entry skills, and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems. Preferred: BSN. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills; ability to stay calm under pressure and manage fast-paced clinical emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS
- 2+ years of Med Surg experience
- Experience with computer data entry
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
