Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies and procedures. Provide holistic, patient-centered care in a positive, collaborative environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology. You may participate in clinical research to work on the forefront of medical advances.
