Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Function within the framework of hospital policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. This role supports holistic, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment with state-of-the-art technology. New graduates or those with one year of hospital experience are eligible for this position.
