RN - Medsurg Float Pool, WEO Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Provide care within the framework of established policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This role offers flexible scheduling for new graduates or those with one year of hospital experience.
