Registered Nurse – Med/Surg in Columbia County, GA (full-time, day shift). Provides quality nursing services as part of the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; serves as a frontline liaison between patient, family, providers, and care team; participates in performance improvement, maintains professional competence, and supports shared governance. Responsibilities include patient care and care coordination, prioritizing patient flow, ensuring accurate documentation, patient advocacy and education of patients and families, and contributing to professional growth and mentorship of others. Requires maintaining licenses and certifications and completing required training; supports organizational mission and values in delivering high-quality, safe inpatient care.
