RN-MedSurg CCU-Full Time

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer prescribed medications. Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while formulating teaching plans that include family members. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, assisting with procedures as needed. Prioritize care effectively and promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm. Identify and address psychosocial needs, communicating with social services regarding hospital and post-discharge requirements. Demonstrate cost-effective practices and assume lifelong learning related to the nursing profession. Requires RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.
