Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity, providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. This onsite role offers a Night Shift Incentive Program paying $1,600 quarterly to full-time night shift RNs.
