Job Summary
RN MedSurg Burn - Night shift (FT) delivering patient-centered care in a high-acuity Burn Med/Surgical unit. Provides leadership within an interdisciplinary team, adheres to evidence-based practice, and upholds nursing standards within the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, coordinating care, ensuring timely documentation, participating in performance improvement, and serving as a preceptor/mentor for staff and students. Requires active RN licensure, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT
- BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- English language proficiency and basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; effective communication and collaboration skills
