Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards, supervising staff and coordinating with other disciplines. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessments to determine diagnosis and care issues, and develops intervention plans to attain outcomes. Implements care strategies, delegates duties to team members, and participates in discharge planning for continuity. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing environment while providing health information and learning opportunities. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Full-time night shift position at a 192-bed hospital in Montebello.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
