Provide individualized, comprehensive care by making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. Administer, oversee, and document medications as ordered while assessing physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-discharge needs. Document care delivered and patient status using the nursing process in accordance with FHS standards. Maintain cultural competence and adhere to department policies regarding safety, risk management, and regulatory standards.
