Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity Acute Care (Med-Surg) units using the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality while modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requires state RN licensure, six months of nursing experience, and current ACLS and BLS certifications. Full-time nights shift with quarterly incentives and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and 403(b) matching.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
