Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on the Grandview Medical Unit for moderate to high acuity patients, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary team approach. Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requires state RN licensure, six months of nursing experience, ACLS within six months of hire, and current BLS/CPR certification. Full-time nights shift with a quarterly incentive program.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
