RN - Medical Unit (FT- 0.9 FTE, Night Shift)

RN - Medical Unit: Registered Nurse works collaboratively within the health care team, assesses patient and family education needs, and initiates appropriate interventions. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, diagnosis identification, individualized plan of care development, implementation of the plan, promotion of a safe environment, adherence to policies and guidelines, leadership and continued professional development, ethical practice, collaboration with patients and families, and stroke/cerebrovascular education requirements. Schedule may include regular/night shifts with potential on-call; uses strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality across a busy healthcare setting, and participates in ongoing cerebrovascular education as per policy.
