Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of medical services within the facility, providing patient assessments, treatment, and medication management while maintaining medical documentation and compliance standards. Communicate with facility leadership and Southern Health Partners regional medical staff to ensure quality care, safety, and patient dignity in all interactions. This solo RN leadership role serves as the primary clinical authority at the Waushara County Jail, offering a focused setting for autonomous practice away from crowded units. The position features a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and includes a sign-on and retention bonus.
