Job Summary
RN Medical Surgical in Arlington, TX: Provide patient-centered care in the Medical-Surgical unit, assess patient condition at admission and each shift, administer prescribed medications, document care thoroughly, respond promptly to patient needs, and educate patients, families, and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Shift is Days with rotating weekends; requires current RN license and BLS within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start
- 1 year of experience preferred
