Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while recording and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires PCU/Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience, a nursing diploma or licensure, and at least two years of travel register nurse experience. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required.
Required Qualifications
- PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
- Must be able to float to sites within 40 miles if needed
