Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Maintain Tennessee Board of Nursing licensure, BLS, NIH, and CPI certifications with at least one year of travel experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Travel Register Nurse
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification
- Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training (CPI)
