RN - Medical Surgical

Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs regularly, administer medications and treatments safely, and document care accurately while communicating changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on care plans and health management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. This contract/travel position in Gardner, MA requires an active RN license with medical-surgical experience, BLS certification, and strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
