RN - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Per Diem - Nights

Assess patients and collect health data involving families and providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, by phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing standards and regulations. This per diem night shift role requires at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including weekend coverage. Candidates must hold an Associate's or BSN degree, Illinois licensure, and current CPR certification.
