Job Summary
Assess patients, collect health data, and coordinate care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, and timely. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers while individualizing teaching based on specific learning needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice standards and maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification. Full-time nights shift (7:00pm–7:30am) every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 7:00pm - 7:30am (Nights shift)
- Every other weekend
