Job Summary
Registered Nurse on the Acute Care Oncology unit delivering patient-centered inpatient care. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administration of chemotherapy and treatments, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families on disease processes and symptom management. Practice evidence-based nursing, support quality and safety initiatives, precept when appropriate, and document accurately in the EHR. Opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth are available.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Oncology or Acute Care nursing experience preferred
