RN Medical Office - Float Pool

Provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting using the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize resources. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions while collaborating across disciplines for transfers, discharge, and referrals. Evaluate learning needs for patients and families to deliver appropriate education. Delegate care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses or new hires. Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
