RN Medical Office - Float Pool

Provides direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting using the nursing process, coordinating care across disciplines, and supporting patient/family education. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes; monitoring and communicating patient condition; coordinating transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support as needed; ensuring appropriate education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances; delegating care to ancillary personnel; and may precept student nurses and new hires. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. On-site role with no remote option; schedule includes full-time hours and days shift. Preferred education includes Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
