Job Summary
Capable clinician with RN licensure in Georgia providing direct, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Medical Observation Unit. Focuses on mentoring and clinical leadership development, participates in nursing councils and quality teams to improve patient outcomes, engagement, and safety, and coordinates care using the nursing process. For new graduates, focuses on developing knowledge and skills while demonstrating growth in caring for increasingly complex patients; emphasizes evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and open dialogue to improve practice and unit performance. Essential leadership duties include coordinating care across shifts, leading interdisciplinary rounds, prioritizing problems, and fostering a culture of safety and professional development. Requires at least 1 year RN experience and an ADN/ASN or diploma in nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience
