Job Summary
Provide top of scope practice in direct patient care within the Emergency Department, managing Level 1 trauma designations and adhering to BCEN certification standards. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education for competency validation during clinical orientation. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care while supporting a culture that invests in professional success. This full-time, onsite role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least six months of RN experience, state licensure, and current BLS/CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS preferred at time of hire or within 6 months of hire
- ENPC or PALS within 6 months of hire
- TNCC or ATCN within 1 year of hire
