Job Summary
Provide patient care as an RN in the Dialysis/ICU setting using the nursing process; maintain professional accountability for care, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers, and coordinate patient care with other departments in Mercy Hospital South. Responsibilities include applying nursing standards and Mercy service standards, delivering comprehensive nursing duties, monitoring patients, and supporting the healthcare team in a high-acuity hospital environment. Requires an active RN license (Missouri or compact) and appropriate nursing education credentials; benefits begin with 32+ hours per pay period and may include sign-on bonuses for experienced and new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.
