RN- Medical Floor, Weekend Option Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients on the medical floor while maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Maintain duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, including the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. This full-time role includes a 36-hour week with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, featuring a weekend option differential of $20/hour. Candidates must hold a current Missouri RN license, hold or obtain BLS certification within 30 days, and possess an accredited nursing degree.
