Job Summary
RN in the Medical-Surgical unit provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care, administers prescribed medications, documents care, and educates patients and families. Maintains infection control, safety, and compliance with standards; responds to emergencies (CPR/code team) and participates in performance improvement. Full-time, day shift in Oro Valley Hospital with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible, experienced RNs.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
