Assess patient needs and conditions by gathering health information, then develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve expected outcomes. Evaluate patient progress frequently to revise diagnoses and plans, while performing aseptic techniques and maintaining infection prevention standards. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, assist with procedures and transportation, and provide patient education and discharge planning. Adhere to regulatory standards, complete mandatory training modules, and document all assessments and EMR entries accurately. Report safety incidents through the Midas/RDE tool and participate in ongoing educational seminars. Maintain an active Arizona RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications, with NIHSS required within 30 days of hire. On-call rotation may be required depending on the unit.
