RN Med Surg Telemetry 3-12 Days Capitol Hill

Inpatient Med/Surg RN with Telemetry and Arrhythmia Analysis experience. Provides ongoing nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for general internal medicine, cardiac monitoring, and perioperative patients. Develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families, coordinates with the healthcare team, and ensures safety and adherence to standards. Rotating weekends and holidays with differential pay (including acuity, location, and weekends). Requires Washington State and/or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS with issue/expiration dates. Must demonstrate effective communication, critical thinking, patient-centered care, and collaboration across units; fosters education and performance improvement in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
