Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg Tele unit, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will assess the patient’s condition at admission and each scheduled shift, perform procedures and care as ordered, administer prescribed medications, document care thoroughly, respond to patient needs promptly, and educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- BSN Degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment start date
