RN Med Surg Tele role delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and during shifts, performing procedures and care per provider orders, administering medications and monitoring responses, timely documentation, responding to patient needs, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures. Collaborates with medical providers and care team, follows established nursing models to advocate for patients and ensure positive clinical outcomes; requires BSN and ACLS/BLS within specified timelines.
