RN Med Surg Tele

RN Med Surg Tele position delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and each shift, performing procedures and documentation, administering prescribed medications, promptly responding to patient needs, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Collaboration with medical providers and the care team to ensure outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.
