RN- Med/Surg (Surgical Inpatient) FT Nights

Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols by systematically evaluating care quality and establishing effective relationships with patients and families. Implement the nursing process to develop and manage care plans, collect assessment data, determine diagnoses, and evaluate outcomes while addressing physical, functional, cultural, and social dimensions of patient needs. Collaborate with the inter-professional team to coordinate interventions and educate patients on health promotion and comfort measures. Serve as a mentor and role model to foster a healthy work environment. Perform point of care testing as assigned and maintain constant alertness and safety during night shift duties.
