RN - Med/Surg - R4 (Inpatient)

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and modify care plans, and administer medications adhering to the five rights. Perform hourly rounding, manage admission and discharge processes for observation status patients, and ensure accurate documentation of all nursing interventions. Prioritize patient safety by enforcing fall precautions, isolation protocols, and ambulation safety while responding promptly to call lights. Delegate tasks to healthcare team members and validate completion throughout the shift. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate rapid patient turnover. Maintain a positive work environment that supports both patient healing and staff professional development.
