RN, Med Surg (PRN)

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in a Med Surg unit. Performs comprehensive assessments and is responsible for administering care for various patient types including Acute, ER, and Outpatient. Collaborates with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Responsible for documentation of patient status and interventions, as well as administering emergency treatments as needed. Ensures patient safety and participates in patient and family education. May perform in a Lead Nurse capacity when required.
