RN - Med Surg- PRN

Provide patient care for adults with diagnoses including cellulitis, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, chest pain, gastrointestinal issues, COPD exacerbations, and medically stable COVID patients on the Medical 7W unit. Utilize the nursing process to maintain professional accountability and coordinate care with other departments while evaluating the effectiveness of direct care givers. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and frequent movement. Maintain current BLS certification. Work as a PRN nurse at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis.
