RN - Med Surg- PRN

Provide patient care for adults with diagnoses including cellulitis, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, chest pain, gastrointestinal issues, COPD exacerbations, and medically stable COVID patients using the nursing process. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinate patient care with other departments. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current Missouri RN license, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs with prolonged standing. This PRN role is located at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri.
