Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Maintain current Georgia State RN licensure or NLC/eNLC multistate license and hold BCLS certification. Complete specialty-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 180 days of start date depending on unit assignment. New graduates eligible; one year of hospital experience preferred for PRN positions. Located in Piedmont Cartersville.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS Certification
- CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate)
- ACLS and PALS Certification
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
- PALS Certification
- PreOp/PACU/ENDO/CSU – ACLS
- BLS
- Labor and Delivery-ACLS Certification
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Program
- NAT (Newborn Admission Team)- NRP
- Nursery- NRP
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
- PALS Certification (for Experienced Emergency Department nurses)
- NRP by the end of orientation period (Labor and Delivery)
- NRP by the end of orientation period (Mother/Baby)
- NRP by the end of orientation period (NICU)
- NRP by the end of orientation period (NAT)
- NRP by the end of orientation period (Nursery)
