Job Summary
Assess patients, conduct examinations, and implement prescribed medical interventions to ensure strict adherence to protocols and promote patient safety. Support analysis of patient data to guide treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care. Seek guidance from senior medical professionals on complex situations while working under close supervision on designated daily shifts. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and a valid NC license with BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year as a Registered Nurse
- 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
