Job Summary
Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate health promotion and continuity of care for newborn, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Provide direct nursing care to individuals and assist families using the nursing process and professional standards. Communicate with patients, families, and the team to provide up-to-date information, promote coping behaviors, and evaluate responses to implemented care. Work per diem shifts including 7p-7A and 7A-7P, with availability for holidays and weekends as needed. Requires BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification within one year of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- BLS certified
- PALS certified
- ACLS certified
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to work alone in stressful situations
- Frequent problem solving
- Analyzing
- Use of judgment
- Critical thinking in regard to lab values
- Changes of patient condition
- Environmental factors

- Ability to rotate shifts
- Work overtime
- Be on call
