RN - Med Surg Ortho - FT Rotating

RN – Med Surg Orthopedics, full-time rotating shift in Philadelphia, PA. Provides patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process, develops individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners, and collaborates with inter-professional teams to deliver safe, high-quality care. Demonstrates knowledge across patient assessment, education, discharge planning, medication administration, documentation, and evidence-based practice; supports learning for patients and families, participates in safety/quality initiatives, and acts as a preceptor for appropriate staff.
