RN, Med Surg - Ortho - FT, Nights at Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit, MO. Full-time night shift (3, 12-hour shifts weekly). Provides nursing care using the nursing process, coordinates plan of care for assigned patients, and collaborates with health-care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Works with primarily orthopedic patients and may take overflow from general surgery and medical patients. Requires compassionate, hard-working, patient-centered, team-focused approach with strong time management and critical thinking. Certifications: Basic Life Support. Education: RN with an Associate Degree. The team has experience with Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement and is part of Saint Luke’s Health System, a faith-based nonprofit with multiple hospitals and campuses in the Kansas City region.
