Job Summary
RN Med-Surg Oncology — Night shift in a faith-based hospital setting. Provides comprehensive nursing care, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers medications per orders, educates patients and families, collaborates with healthcare team, documents care activities, monitors outcomes, adheres to infection control and safety standards, and participates in performance improvement. Requires ADN (BSN preferred), RN licensure, BLS, 1+ year acute care experience; oncology/med-surg experience and certifications are preferred; English fluency and strong communication skills; night shift availability; hospital environment experience; ability to supervise and delegate to care team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
- RN License
- BLS Certification
- 1+ year acute care experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- EKG/ASCLP or ACLS/ALS knowledge (as applicable)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in documentation and computer systems
- Ability to work Night shift
- Adaptability and critical thinking
